changes to our plans were accommodated without a fuss , including reimbursements that were handled swiftly. i also loved that it was sparkling clean. i will return for tour packages.
i noticed the soundproofing was not ideal in the rooms , which meant i could sometimes hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

the location was convenient for my early flight. the proximity to the airport made travel easier.
The room had a noticeable damp smell. It lingered throughout my stay. it wasn't a pleasant welcome, and i hoped it would dissipate, but it remained. this detracted from the overall experience.

The room i got wasn't great. the sink was damaged and the bathroom looked really grim, needing an upgrade, it seemed. the ac made loud noises. It was as if a helicopter was in my room. I didn't sleep well. breakfast was also quite meh..

The hotel boasts a luxury lobby. My room was big, providing ample space to relax. I booked boat island tours directly at the hotel tour desk. This made exploring the area simple. The purple drink with lemon offered on Wednesday and Saturday mornings was a good touch.
I observed some minor issues regarding cleanliness. Specifically, housekeeping services looked to be somewhat basic.
